The company was founded in 2020 and is currently managing a fleet of modern handy size bulk carriers.
We have extensive experience in the dry bulk shipping market with a strong international network and enduring partnerships as well. We are committed to provide high quality services to the shipping industry.
Our mission is to offer top class ship management services in a safe, reliable and environmental-friendly manner and to build strategic alliances with strong, long-term relationships.

Significant experience in both commercial and –especially- operational management accumulated through the very demanding standards.
An experienced investor and manager in oceangoing shipping, having experienced two full cycles t since 2010.
Board member in various ship owning companies.
Past and present investor in container vessels and bulk carriers.
Studies : Northumbria University at Newcastle, with a focus in shipping/logistics/operations, a BA from Deere College Athens (the oldest and largest US accredited college/university in Europe) and a Shipping Degree from the Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers.

Mr. Yiannis Mallios
Founder and Director of Gregale Shipping Ltd, a tanker shipbroking firm which proudly holds a position in the top three Greek Tanker Broking companies.
Founder of Gregale Dry Bulk Shipping, a Dry Bulk operating firm which focuses on dry bulk commodities such as coal, scrap, steels, grains and fertilizers in sizes from Handy to Panamax vessels with offices in Athens and Singapore.
Active in the Shipping Market since 1993 in the Tanker segment, having an accumulated experience of over 20 years in the day-to-day trading.
Commercially and operationally active in both markets, involved in the day-to-day trading as well as in the problem-solving process when needed.
Owner and Investor in other industries as well, experienced in the Asia markets and active in Singapore through various business segments.
Holds a BSc in Nautical Science and an Officer’s Degree from the Hellenic Merchant Marine Academy, with sailing experience in Tankers and a P.G. Diploma from the London Institute of Shipping and Transport

Ex Managing Director of Grace Trading Corporation, a dry bulk operating firm focusing on scrap trades and period deals of Handy and Supramax vessels with offices in New York and Piraeus.
Sea going experience in Dry Bulk vessels and Cruisers, Capt. Andreas Georgiou, is active in the Shipping Market for over 15 years having worked as a Competitive Broker, a Chartering Manager and an Operations Manager for various Shipping Companies
Lecturer and Fellow in the Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers since 2015 as well as in the University of Queen Mary in Dry Cargo Chartering, Ship Operations and Management Port Agency and Shipping Business modules.
Holds a BSc in Nautical Science and an Officer’s degree from the Hellenic Merchant Marine Academy, a MSc in Information Systems and Technology and a Shipping Degree from the Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers.
